Breast revision gone wrong - how can I fix it? (photos)

Good afternoon,
You got away with going over the muscle the first time, but not so much this time when your surgeon blew out your pockets- they aren't supported, the pockets are loosey goosey, and now you have a lot of asymmetry- switch them to under the muscle which is where they should have been placed originally.

One side has a bigger pocket which can be tightened. I prefer to place the implants behind the muscle to avoid the implant edge.
